In 2000, the Small Business Incubator introduced an all-inclusive resource CD for starting a small business in the Montgomery area called "A Guide to Starting a Business". Accompanying the CD-ROM is a training manual (sold separately or as a set). The CD-ROM and training manual offer valuable information on starting a business from beginning to end including a start-up check list, tools for developing a business plan, legal issues, marketing tools, tax guide, and more.
